"A prescription can quiet the noise. It can't build the habits that decide what happens after. That part's still yours, and you don't have to figure it out alone."

~Coach Steph

Your GLP-1 is the walking stick.

The habits are what get you up the trail.

Sound Familiar?

Here's what most people get told, and what's missing from it

Watch what you eat. Come back in a few months and we'll see how the number's moving.

That's usually the whole plan handed over with a GLP-1 prescription. True as far as it goes. It leaves out the part that decides whether it holds. Lately, they might also add "join a gym."

Picture it like a walking stick on a trail you're already committed to walking. It eases the climb. It steadies your footing. You're still the one walking it, one stepping stone at a time.

Each stone is a single habit: how you eat, how you sleep, how you move, how you handle stress. You don't need all of them at once, you just need the next one, placed where you're actually standing. The research backs this up plainly: the people who see the weight come back are almost always the ones who treated the medication as the whole plan instead of laying any stones at all. The ones who don't are the ones who used the margin it created to actually create the path.

That's the same "test, don't guess" thinking behind everything I do: find out what's actually happening in your system before you decide where the next stone goes.

Sometimes the stall isn't about the dose at all. The medication can be doing its job perfectly and something else, gut health, hormones, stress, is still blocking the signal. That's what we're actually looking for in your weekly check-ins.

Who's This For

You're Currently taking (or strongly considering starting) a GLP-1

You want more than just a different number on a scale

You want to minimize side effects

You want lasting results, not a temporary fix

You are looking forward to walking the path with a credentialed guide

You're curious about what your own data shows (cgm add-on available, or use your own)

Who this is NOT for:

Anyone looking only for medication management

anyone wanting a hands off template/rule list

What's actually in it:

A 14-week program, starting with a short onboarding week: intake, app setup, getting oriented before the real cadence starts.

From there, every week includes:

  • A weekly 20-minute 1:1 session with me, for the full 13 weeks

  • Chat access in the app, any time something comes up, a side effect, a question, a "what do I do here"

  • A 2-minute daily wellness log, tracking your energy, appetite, sleep, mood, and side effects

  • A Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) add-on, available if you want the real-time picture of how your body's responding to the habits you're building (not included in the base program cost) OR incorporation of your own glucose data if you have it (no added cost).

Two minutes a day tells me more about what's actually happening in your system than the scale ever could, and it's the same data I can help you organize if you and your doctor ever want to talk through a dose conversation together.

Depending on how you implement the program and optional add-ons, the investment starts at $1497.

You might be wondering...

What if I stop the medication?

This is probably the question churning underneath everything else. There is a very prominent thread that is getting communicated: This is a lifelong prescription or you will gain everything back within a year.

The reality is that coverage varies. It often depends on your insurance plan and your numbers, and if you're paying out of pocket, that's worth factoring into the long-term cost of relying on medication alone.

The reason this program exists is to navigate that problem.

If you stop your GLP-1, whether that's your choice or your provider's, the habits you built during this program don't disappear with the prescription. That's the whole point of building them deliberately instead of just riding the appetite suppression. The medication creates margin. What you build in that margin, the sleep patterns, the way you eat, how you handle stress, the actual skills, those are yours regardless of what's in the syringe or the pill bottle.

Is it harder without the medication's help? For some it can be, yes, I won't pretend otherwise. Clients who treated the GLP-1 as scaffolding rather than the whole structure tend to hold onto more of their progress if they come off it, because the habits were never depending on the prescription in the first place. That's exactly why we're building the structure now, while you have the margin to do it.

What changes by month 3

By the end of your 3 months, most clients have enough stones laid down that the habits run quiet, in the background, instead of taking constant effort to hold up. Decisions that used to feel like a negotiation with yourself start happening on autopilot. You're still holding the walking stick if you need it, you're just leaning on it less, because you're standing on your own stones now.

You'll understand your own patterns: what actually moves your energy, what wrecks your sleep, what your appetite is telling you versus what old habits are telling you. If you and your doctor talk about adjusting your dose or timeline down the road, you'll walk into that conversation with real tracked data instead of a guess. And whatever happens with the prescription long-term, you'll have built something that isn't dependent on it.

Who You'll Be Working With

I'm Steph, a neuroscientist and nationally board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC), with a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Coach certification and a background in psychobiology and biochemistry. This program is built alongside physicians and reviewed for medical soundness. I deliver it 1:1, with my own tracking tools and resources added on top.

I'm not a medical provider, and I don't diagnose, prescribe, or manage medication. What I do is help you build the part that determines whether your results last. See more, here.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm on a GLP-1 (or considering one). How does coaching actually fit in?

We map where you are first: what you're taking, how long, your goals, anything else you're using like a CGM or insulin. Then it's a weekly 1:1 and daily tracking built around your specific system.

Do I have to already be taking a GLP-1?

No. Some clients join already on one, some join with a start date already set. Either works. Since the program provides education about GLP-1, how they work, what to expect, and GLP-1 specific strategies, usually you would start one within the first few weeks.

Are you going to manage my dose?

No, and I never will. I'm not a medical provider. Medication decisions stay between you and your prescriber. My role is the habits around it, and organizing your tracked data if you want to bring it to that conversation with your prescribing physician.

Is continuous glucose monitoring with a CGM part of this?

If you already use one, we will incorporate that data at no additional fee; It's also available as an add-on if you want the real-time picture of how your body's responding - you can source it independently or one will be provided to support the add-on coaching service. The sensor itself not included in the base program

Pill or shot, does it change anything here?

Not really. Injectable or the newer daily pill option like Foundayo, the coaching side stays the same: weekly 1:1, daily tracking, watching how your actual system responds. The delivery method is between you and your prescriber. The habits are still yours to build either way.

I've tried other things and they didn't stick. Why would this be different?

Because the plan is building the part the medication alone can't build in a way that is structured with neuroscience and behavioral science in mind. What didn't work before is information we actually use here.

Can I use FSA/HSA for coaching?

Health coaching isn't covered by insurance quite yet, but as a nationally board-certified health coach, my services often qualify for FSA or HSA reimbursement. If that's you, I'll get you the paperwork for a letter of medical necessity from your physician. Your prescription and any related medical costs run separately through your provider and pharmacy.

I'm in! Do I still need to schedule a health consult?

That's great! ...and yes. This is to ensure that we have you set up with the appropriate level of support (e.g. do you want a CGM? do you have lab results you'd like me to consider?), answer any questions you may have and also for me to offer you a meaningful place to start right away, no matter your decision. We can sign you up right on the call!

This is where the trail starts...

If you're not sure this will actually be different, that's worth being curious about. The consult is free, about 40 minutes, and there's no pressure either way. We'll go through where you are with your GLP-1, what you're actually trying to build, and figure out together if this is the right fit.
