A little about me…and YOU!

HI! I am Stephanie Pazniokas (pronounced “PAZ-KNEE-OH-KUSS“) – founder of SJP Health & Wellness and creator of the BOSS Mode Framework for Behavioral Transformation.

Embracing Individuality

I’m here to guide you on a personalized journey to health. No cookie-cutter diets, no hunger pangs, no hours of grueling gym sessions (unless you love that).

Instead, I offer you a roadmap to total health designed specifically for you, right where you are.

We come into our health journey with our stories – it is hormones, or it is my food or my gut, or I know I don’t move enough. Many times you DO know what is at the core and sometimes you think it is one thing when it is another. Most often it is BOTH. YOU WILL DISCOVER SOMETHING NEW (like how it is all connected).

My Unconventional Path

At the end of another “failure” (which now I recognize as just more learning on my part), I turned to what I knew. My background in science empowered me to experiment and delve into the intricacies of nutrition and wellness. I realized that there was no one-size-fits-all solution. Each of us is unique, and our path to wellness is equally distinctive. The “conventional wisdom” was not terribly wise.

IT started back in 2007 when I found myself juggling a full-time job and motherhood, trying to meet the expectations of both worlds. It was a constant battle, and I was losing. I gained weight (60lbs), developed high blood pressure, and felt like I was barely staying afloat. Life was a chaotic river, and I had no paddle. My health suffered, and I hit rock bottom. A “biggest loser” contest in the office was my first turning point in 2014 where I tried crash diets, extreme workouts, and endless internet searches, often hitting dead ends.   

Now, after 10 years of dedicated study, training, and practice in nutrition, I’ve found freedom. I love the skin I’m in. I sleep well, I’m pain-free, and I’m living my dreams. I’ve learned to manage stress, keep my health on track, and live life on my terms without rigid rules. NO MORE YO-YO!

I don’t want you to go through the long, hard way I did. That’s why I’m here, offering you incredible programs that encapsulate everything I’ve learned about real, lasting lifestyle change. You don’t have to be in pain any longer.
